Zinnwald Lithium PLC - High Wycombe, England-based mineral exploration and development company - Enters option agreement with Projektgesellschaft Altenberg mbH, a company owned by the German town of Altenberg, which gives Zinnwald the right to acquire 14,00 square metres of industrial land in the Europark industrial area.
Option agreement is valid until August 2025.
"We are delighted to have entered into this agreement with the town of Altenberg that secures further land rights for our project. We believe this is an important ongoing step in demonstrating that we are a local company committed to the development of the area," said Chief Executive Officer Anton du Plessis.
