Ninety One PLC and Ltd - London and Cape Town-based money manager - Forty Two Point Two, a company associated with both Chief Executive Officer Hendrik du Toit and Chief Financial Officer Kim McFarland, buys 472,088 shares at GBP1.99 each, worth about GBP939,450, on Monday and Tuesday. The investment vehicle had bought 500,000 shares on Thursday and Friday last week.

Current stock price in London: 200.80 pence, up 0.8% on Wednesday

12-month change: down 13%

Current stock price in Johannesburg: ZAR38.11, up 0.9% on Wednesday

12-month change: down 16%
