Urban Logistics REIT PLC - London-based logistics-focused real estate investment trust - Receives valid acceptances from shareholder in respect of 445,900 retail open offer shares, raising GBP600,000 gross. Also receives valid acceptances for 1.8 million institutional offer share and raises gross of approximately GBP2.5 million. Retail open offer application exceed maximum shared offered and, accordingly, application receives under the retail open offer excess application facility scaled back pro rata, with company meeting applications for around 16% of new ordinary shares applied for under excess facility. All valid applications received under institutional offer to be met in full. In combination with placing, Urban Logistics has now raised gross of approximately GBP92.3 million, conditional on shareholder approval.
