John Rigg now has 4.8 million shares, a 29% stake, while Charlotte Rigg has 162,000 shares, a 1% holding. On Thursday, Triad had reported pretax profit that surged by 69% to GBP1.2 million in the financial year that ended March 31 from GBP644,000 the year before, as revenue declined 4.5% to GBP17.0 million from GBP17.8 million.
