IN BRIEF: Tremor To Pay USD1.7 Million To Settle Uber Lawsuit

Tremor International Ltd - Israel-based video advertising technologies firm - Reaches agreement to settle the complaint brought about by Uber Technologies Inc filed in the Superior Court of the State of California in June 2019, against Taptica Ltd and Taptica Inc - its legacy performance marketing business. Taptica was one of a number of marketing companies against which complaint was filed and there has not been any court finding as to wrongdoing. However, it enters into settlement with Uber for USD1.7 million to avoid significant expense and burden associated with a drawn-out litigation process.

Year-to-date change: more than doubled 160.00p
