IN BRIEF: Touchstone Exploration to start Coho facility activities

Touchstone Exploration Inc - Calgary, Alberta, Canada-based upstream oil and gas company - Submits notice to residents near the Coho gas facility in Trinidad & Tobago that the facility and pipeline will start pre-commissioning and commissioning operations.

Coho area is located on the Ortoire block, in which Touchstone holds an 80% working interest.

Pre-commissioning involves testing of electronics and operating systems in the facility, as well as purging air from the system using inert nitrogen gas.

The commissioning operations will start, which includes the introduction of natural gas from the Coho-1 well into the facility and pipeline in a step rate manner.

Production is expected to increase over time to gross 1,667 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

Current stock price: 63.55 pence, up 11% on Wednesday

12-month change: down 27%
