IN BRIEF: Tasty Secures GBP1.3 Million Loan To Bolster Balance Sheet

Tasty PLC - London-based restaurant owner - Secures GBP1.3 million, four-year term loan from existing bank Barclays Bank PLC to strengthen balance sheet and provide additional working capital. Is continuing to work with advisers KPMG to assess the effect of Covid-19 and start negotiations with landlords and other creditors. Process is expected to be completed by end of November.

Current stock price: 1.90 pence

Year-to-date change: down 30%
