IN BRIEF: TalkTalk to be delisted on March 15 as takeover approved

TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC - Salford-based broadband and mobile services provider - TalkTalk shareholders on Monday approve the FTSE 250 company's GBP1.11 billion takeover by Tosca IOM Ltd, a new company formed by asset manager Toscafund Asset Management LLP and Penta Capital LLP. Just over 98% vote in favour. The scheme of arrangement will go into effect on Friday next week, and TalkTalk shares will be cancelled from the London Main Market the following Monday, March 15. The takeover was agreed back in December.

Current stock price: 96.60 pence

Recent change: up 37% since September 1
