IN BRIEF: Strategic Equity Capital Gets Request To Requisition Meeting

Strategic Equity Capital PLC - London-based investment firm - Says it has received a request to requisition a general meeting of the company from two of its shareholders, Ian Armitage and Jonathan Morgan. Notes they represent 7.7% of the total issued share capital. Says the proposed resolutions Armitage and Morgan want to put to a general meeting relate to the continuation of Strategic Equity Capital.

"The board and its advisers are reviewing the request and intend to speak to Armitage and Morgan. A further announcement will be made in due course," says Strategic Equity Capital.
