IN BRIEF: Smarter Web adds to digital holdings with 23 bitcoin

Smarter Web Co PLC - Surrey, England-based provider of web design - Purchases 23.09 bitcoin at an average purchase price of GBP80,126 per bitcoin, for a total consideration of GBP1.9 million. Notes that its total bitcoin holding is now 58.71 bitcoin, with an average purchase price of GBP77,326 for a total consideration of GBP4.5 million. Says this forms part of its 10 year plan which includes a treasury policy of acquiring digital assets.

12-month change: IPO'd in April 2025 at 2.5p
