IN BRIEF: Sigma Capital to delist as private equity takeover completes

Sigma Capital Group PLC - Edinburgh-based build-to-rent housing provider - Scheme of arrangement for takeover by PineBridge Benson Elliot LLP becomes effective. Sigma's AIM listing will be cancelled by Tuesday and shareholders will receive 202.1 pence in cash.

Current stock price: 202.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up 53%
