Solgenics Ltd - Mozambique-focused renewable energy development company, formerly known as Ncondezi Energy Ltd - Notes that 98% of shares cast at general meeting vote in favour of cancellation of shares from AIM. Last day of trading in the firm's shares on AIM will be June 6, with cancellation becoming effective the next day.

Current stock price: 0.25 pence, down 3.0% on Friday
