Rutherford Health PLC - Hereford, England-based cancer care centre provider - Schroder UK Public Private Trust PLC engages with other shareholders to provide bridge finance as a shareholder loan worth GBP8 million, which will accrue interest at the rate of 15% per annum.
Loan will be repaid either six months after Wednesday or the first day after Rutherford receives new capital for at least GBP40 million.
In addition, company gains commitment from LF Equity Income Fund to provide a convertible loan facility of GBP2 million.
Meanwhile, share placing with SDI Holdings which was announced in August has not been completed yet.
