IN BRIEF: Renold notes strong half-year momentum with record orderbook

Renold PLC - Derby, England-based supplier of industrial chains and power transmission products - Says the strong momentum experienced in the second half of its last financial year has continued into its new year which ends March 31. In the five months ended August 31, company reports revenue of GBP93.0 million and order intake of GBP97.9 million. Order book at August 31 a record high of GBP97.3 million. Expects adjusted operating profit for the full-year to be in line with recently increased market expectations following the acquisition of Industrias YUK SA in August.

Current stock price: 23.50 pence
