Reabold Resources PLC - London-based oil and gas company with projects in the UK, US and Romania - Says High Court of Justice has approved its application to cancel its share premium account, which was also approved by shareholders on February 28. Accordingly, the amount standing to the credit of the company's share premium account has been cancelled.
Says the number of ordinary shares and deferred A shares in issue remain unchanged at 9.18 billion and 6.9 million respectively.
