PureTech Health PLC - biotherapeutics company - Says its founded entity Gelesis Inc and Capstar Special Purpose Acquisition Corp have entered into a definitive business combination agreement. Upon completion of the transaction, the combined company is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. "Upon completion of the transaction, Gelesis will be PureTech's third publicly-traded founded entity," notes Eric Elenko, chief innovation officer at PureTech.
