Hunters Property PLC - Yorkshire-based estate agent - Says suitor Property Franchise Group PLC granted by UK Panel on Takeovers & Mergers an extension to January 22 to announce whether or not it plans to make firm offer for Hunters. "There can be no certainty that a formal offer will be made, nor as to the terms on which any such offer might be made. Further announcements will be made as appropriate," Hunters says.

Hunters current stock price: 69.90 pence

Year-to-date change: up 5.9%

Property Franchise current stock price: 194.00p

Year-to-date change: down 3.0%
