Pineapple Power Corporation PLC - cash shell with a focus on acquisitions in clean and renewable energy sectors - Signs non-binding heads of terms to buy BVP Investments Ltd, Dublin-based and eco-focused fund manager, in reverse takeover. Shares suspended under takeover rules, plans equity financing to fund future investment and working capital requirements of BVP. Pineapple Power proposes to change its name to Cool Capital upon completion of acquisition.

Current stock price: 8.60 pence

Year-to-date change: up 76%
