Pershing Square Holdings Ltd - Guernsey-based Investment holding company focused on North American companies - Announces redemption all of its outstanding 5.5% senior notes due 2022 on June 15. The outstanding notes total USD630.6 million, firm explains. "PSH has instructed the Bank of New York Mellon, as the trustee for the 2022 notes, to distribute a notice of redemption to all holders of the 2022 notes," Pershing adds.
