Mattioli Woods PLC - Leicester-based asset manager - Says that its new non-executive chair, David Kiddie, still requires regulatory approval. As a result, Joanne Lake continues as non-executive chair during this extended handover period. Kiddie's appointment was announced back in October. Kiddie is currently non-executive director at Mattioli Woods.

Current stock price: 800.00 pence, up 1.9%

12-month change: up 7%
