London Stock Exchange Group PLC - London-based operator of the London Stock Exchange - Announces "multi-faceted" expansion to long-term partnership with Thomson Reuters Corp. New and enhanced commitments include investment in 100 editorial roles across Reuters global newsroom with focus on financial and markets coverage, significant expansion of Reuters India financial file and China equities coverage and agreement to plan for Reuters to launch consumer-facing subscription products. This is alongside the previous announced acquisition and ongoing integration of real-time financial news service powered by artificial intelligence PLX AI into Reuters newsroom, available exclusively through LSEG services.

LSEG Chief Executive Officer David Schwimmer says: "This collaboration will broaden our news offering, enhancing the speed and analysis of breaking news, and increasing the value of services provided to LSEG customers."
