IN BRIEF: Live Co Group in talks with advisors over restructuring
Live Co Group PLC - Surrey, England-based live events, entertainment & sports events company - Says talks with a potential Cornerstone investor continue but due its reliance on this investment, which has not been forthcoming as yet, it is currently taking advice and reviewing available options with restructuring advisors. Says 2023 results are likely to be published in September, later than planned. In addition, Stephen Birrell resigns as a non-executive director.
