IN BRIEF: Kape Technologies promotes Baskind to replace departing CFO

Kape Technologies PLC - Isle of Man-based digital security and privacy software provider - Chief Financial Officer Moran Laufer will leave Kape to relocate to Israel, having been in post for five years and having worked at Kape for a total of nine years. Promotes Oded Baskind from vice president of Finance to CFO, taking over in the next couple of months after a handover period.

Current stock price: 400.00 pence, down 2.0% on Tuesday
