IN BRIEF: JZ Capital Partners sells USD41 million stake in Salter Labs

JZ Capital Partners Ltd - microcap-focused investment company - Sells its stake in portfolio company Salter Labs for USD41 million. JZ currently values its interest in Salter Labs at around USD37.6 million. A further payment of around USD750,000 may also be received depending on the outcome of certain closing conditions, JZ says.

The USD41 million proceeds from the sale will be used to repay around USD33 million of debt under the company's senior facility agreement, leaving a remaining balance of approximately USD35 million.
