IN BRIEF: JZ Capital Partners posts annual rise in net asset value

JZ Capital Partners Ltd - London-based microcap-focused investment company - On Thursday reported a higher net asset value. NAV per share climbs to USD4.85 at June 23 from USD4.15 at June 30, 2021. It is unchanged, however, from this past May 31. Total NAV grows to USD375.7 million at June 23 from USD321.9 million on June 30 last year.

Says the USD96.2 million sale of JZHL Secondary Fund LP's interest in portfolio company Testing Services Holding is complete.
