IN BRIEF: JZ Capital net asset value falls amid real estate hit
JZ Capital Partners Ltd - microcap-focused investment company - Net asset value per share falls 31% year-on-year to USD4.25 at February 28 year end, from USD6.14. "The real estate portfolio experienced a net decrease of USD1.60, due to the write-off of large portions of our Brooklyn portfolio and a significant portion of our Wynwood portfolio," JZ says. Like last year, proposes no dividend.
Current stock price: 116.00 pence, down 8.3% on Wednesday
Year-to-date change: up 44%
