HgCapital Trust PLC - participates in the investments of manager Hg - Invests GBP24.0 million as part of Hg's investment in HHAeXchange, a provider of homecare management solutions for payers, providers and state Medicaid agencies. The terms of Hg's investment are not disclosed. HgCapital Trust says its investment was alongside other institutional clients of Hg through the Hg Genesis 9 Fund. Cressey & Co LP, a healthcare-focused private investment firm, remains a significant investor in HHAX, having first invested in 2018. HHAX was founded in 2008 and provides a software-as-a-service platform to the homecare industry, supporting operating efficiency and regulatory compliance.
