IN BRIEF: HarbourVest Reports Net Asset Value Per Share Rise

HarbourVest Global Private Equity Ltd - FTSE 250 Guernsey-incorporated investment company - Reports a net asset value per share increase of 12.2% to USD28.18 on July 31 from USD27.58 on January 31. HarbourVest says the largest single-fund contribution to the NAV per share growth is due to an opportunistic secondary co-investment transaction.

The company says that it has seen "encouraging trends post period end despite ongoing uncertainty". HarbourVest's NAV per share increases to USD28.60 on October 31, up 1.5% from July 31, and it is seeing an improved cashflow profile, with "distributions outperforming initial expectations although remaining below pre-Covid-19 levels."

Current stock price: 1,722.00 pence

Year-to-date change: down 4.2%
