Hammerson PLC - London-based property development and investment company - Issues GBP100 million bonds as part of existing GBP200 million bonds maturing 2028 due to demand for its fixed securities. This issue will result in an outstanding notional of GBB300 million. Says the new bonds will be placed with an existing large institutional investor. Separately, also launches tender offers for GBP350 million 3.5% bonds due 2025, and GBP300 million 6% bonds due 2026.
