IN BRIEF: GSTechnologies completes acquisition of Poland's Metapay

GSTechnologies Ltd - Perth, Australia-based fintech company - Completes acquisition of Warsaw-based financial technology company Metapay SP Zoo, noting it holds a small payment institution licence. Adds that it is registered under the Polish Act on Payment Services with MIP260/2025 status. The company says the deal aligns with its plan to enhance its footprint in both domestic and cross-border payment services cross Europe. Back in March of last year, GSTechnologies said it has inked a legally binding sale and purchase agreement to acquire Metapay.

"Following completion, the Company has renamed Metapay to Angra Ltd sp zoo and, together with the anticipated progress of its licensing initiatives, this is expected to support the continued expansion of Angra Global's service offerings and geographical reach," says GSTechnologies.

Current stock price: 0.64 pence, up 11% on Friday in London

12-month change: down 69%
