Pretax profit rises to GBP503,000 from GBP169,000 amid an absence of impairment of development costs of GBP647,000. Adds that new business wins were "inevitably slower than planned" due to Covid-19. Names Peter Simmonds as non-executive director and chair designate with effect August 1. Incumbent Chair Ken Archer will continue in the role until October 1. Simmonds is a former chief executive officer of dotDigital Group PLC.
