IN BRIEF: Gresham Technologies Appoints Two New Directors

Gresham Technologies PLC - London-based software and services company - Appoints Jenny Knott and Ruth Wandhofer to board as non-executive director effective October 12. Knott is currently chair of Equiida and was named one of the top 100 influencers by Financial Technologist in 2018 when CEO of NEX Optimisation. Wandhofer's executive career included more than ten years at Citi in its transaction services business, including Global Head of Regulatory & Market Strategy for Treasury and Trade Solutions. Imogen Joss to remain non-executive director, senior independent director, and remuneration committee chair until October 31 when she departs. Knott will become remuneration committee chair while current Non-Executive Director Andy Balchin and Chair of the Audit Committee will assume the role of senior independent non-executive director.
