Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based investor in businesses in Georgia - launches an invitation to holders on its outstanding USD365.0 million 6.125% notes due 2024. They can decide to tender their notes for purchase by the issuer for cash subject to certain offer conditions. The tender offer will expire at 1600 GMT on October 24.
