Geiger Counter Ltd - invests in companies involved in the exploration, development and production of uranium for the nuclear power industry - Issues 750,000 new shares at 40.00 pence each, raising GBP300,000. Says issue was in response to market demand and doesn't identify the buyers. Now has 99.5 million shares.
