IN BRIEF: FastForward Innovations To Oppose Factom's Bankruptcy Case

FastForward Innovations Ltd - investment firm - Investee Factom Inc has initiated bankruptcy proceeding in US Bankruptcy Court for district of Delaware. FastForward has filed its appearance in case, and motions requesting for Factom's bankruptcy case to either be dismissed so a receiver to be appointed to liquidate Factom's assets, or to convert Chapter 11 case to liquidation proceeding under Chapter 7. FastForward opposes Factom's proposed plan of reorganisation for discharge of various debts.
