dotdigital Group PLC - London-based online marketing - Hires Unit4 Director of Financial Planning & Analysis Alistair Gurney as its new chief financial officer, effective from September 19. Says Gurney brings significant experience in private equity backed technology businesses.

Prior to working at the SaaS ERP vendor Unit4, Gurney was Director of Commercial Finance at private software company IRIS Software Group.
