Castillo Copper Ltd - Perth, Australia-based exploration company focused on copper across Australia and Zambia - Names London-based Non-Executive Director Ged Hall chair, effective immediately. He replaces Rob Scott who left the company to retire on March 31. Appoints current Chief Executive Officer Dennis Jensen as managing director. Jensen joins the board of Castillo on Friday.

Current stock price: 1.15 pence, down 2.6% on Friday
