British Smaller Cos VCT PLC - venture capital trust - Net asset value per share ends June at 88.2 pence, up 16% from March 31.

"Despite a further national lockdown in the first quarter of 2021, the strong second half performance which saw 17% growth in net asset value in the latter part of the previous year has continued in the six months to 30 June 2021. This has resulted in a further increase in total return, after taking account of all costs, of 10.0p per ordinary share, representing a return of 18% over the opening net asset value," trust explains.

British Smaller Cos VCT2 PLC NAV per share ends June at 63.5p, up 15% from March 31.

Year-to-date change: up 17%
