BioPharma Credit PLC - London-based closed-ended investment company focused on the life sciences industry - Regarding Alphatec Holdings Inc, BioPharma Credit notes the prepayment in full of its USD200 million senior secured loan facility, of which it had an investment of USD35 million. BioPharma Credit says it earned a 14.91% gross internal rate of return and an 11.93% net internal rate of return on its Alphatec Holdings investment. Alphatec on Tuesday announced it entered into a new credit facility, including a USD125 million revolving credit facility and a USD175 million term loan A.
