Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Surrey, England-based housebuilder - Executive Chair Robert Perrins buys 7,000 shares at GBP32.45, worth GBP227,160, on Tuesday. Perrins bought 14,000 shares earlier this month after Berkeley shares fell on the company's decision to halt land buying amid a UK housing market downturn caused by the conflict in the Middle East.
