Begbies Traynor Group PLC - London-based financial advisory and property services consultancy firm - Posts revenue of GBP70.5 million in year ended April 30, 17% higher than the GBP60.1 million from the year prior. Notes 5% of revenue growth was organic and 12% was due to boosts from acquisitions. Pretax profit fell 14% to GBP2.9 million from GBP3.3 million, down to transaction costs more than doubling to GBP3.2 million from GBP1.3 million. Its property unit was hurt by the Covid-19 lockdown, losing about GBP4 million in revenue. Edges dividend 7.7% higher to 2.8p per share from 2.6p.
