Harworth enters Midlands joint venture with Henry Boot division

Tue, 29th Oct 2019 12:47

(Sharecast News) - Land and property development and investment generation company Harworth Group has entered into a joint venture to pursue a strategic land opportunity in the Midlands, it announced on Tuesday, as it continued to grow its long-term land pipeline for new residential and commercial development.
The London-listed firm said it had entered into a 50-50 joint venture with Hallam Land Management - part of Henry Boot - with a view to promoting and developing a mixed-use strategic land opportunity in the Midlands.

"This deal represents the continued expansion further south of our strategic land bank, leveraging the value brought by our regional operating model," said chief executive officer Owen Michaelson.

"We look forward to working with the Hallam team on this new opportunity."

As at 1015 GMT, shares in Harworth Group were down 0.31% at 123.62p.
