Griffin Mining Founding Director Departs

LONDON (Alliance News) - Griffin Mining Limited said Thursday that Founding Director William Mulligan has resigned as a director of the firm upon reaching his 70th birthday.

The mining and exploration company which produces zinc, gold, silver, and lead, said that Mulligan's resignation takes effect immediately.

Shares in the company last traded at 34 pence per share.
