LONDON (Alliance News) - Good Energy Group PLC on Wednesday said an application has been made for a judicial review to take place on the planning consent it has received for a 24 megawatt solar farm in Dorset.
Good Energy said in July it had secured planning permission for a 24 megawatt solar farm at Mapperton Farm in Dorset. Planning consent for the site was originally granted in November 2013, but the decision was then made subject to a judicial review.
The company said Wednesday that it has been served with papers relating to an application for a judicial review of the planning decision and it said it is taking legal advice on the issue.
Shares in the company were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 226.05 pence.
