LONDON (Alliance News) - Golden Saint Resources Ltd said Monday it has raised GBP400,000 in a discounted placing of 571.4 million shares at a price of 0.07 pence each.
This was a discount of around 24% on the company's closing middle market price of 0.0925p last Thursday. Shares in Golden Saint were down 8.6% at 0.0800p Monday morning.
Golden Saint said it plans to use the proceeds for its bulk-sampling operations and for general working capital purposes. Additionally, it has appointed SVS Securities PLC as its joint broker, alongside its existing joint broker and nominated adviser Beaumont Cornish Ltd.
