LONDON (Alliance News) - Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd said Tuesday that it has appointed Martin Harrison as group chief financial officer.
Harrison will join the company and the board on September 29, 2014. His most recent role was as Finance Director and primary board member of Lafarge Tarmac Contracting, a division of Lafarge Tarmac, the sustainable building materials group.
"He brings with him considerable experience which will be of great benefit to the business in the next stage of its development," said Chairman Philip Holder of Harrison's appointment.
The UK-based energy solutions company said current interim CFO, Robert Douglas will leave the business after a handover period with Harrison.
"The Board and I would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude for the significant contribution Robert has made as Interim CFO with the business during a period of turnaround. We wish him well in his future assignments," said Chief Executive Martin Donnachie.
Shares in the company were trading 1.68% higher at 7.88 pence per share Tuesday morning.
