Fulcrum Finance Director resigns

Fulcrum, an energy based solutions company, announced Marcus Green is to resign as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect to 'pursue other interests'. Robert Douglas has been chosen by the board to step in to the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer until a permanent successor is appointed. Douglas has previously held interim group finance director appointments in the house building, construction and property sectors.Martin Donnachie, Chief Executive Officer, said: "The board would like to express its thanks to Marcus for the significant contribution he has made to the development of the group over the last two and a half years and we wish him well."WS
