Frenkel Topping welcomes North Atlantic Smaller CEO as chair

Tue, 20th Feb 2024 12:00

(Alliance News) - Frenkel Topping Group PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Christopher Mills as non-executive chair, effective immediately.

The Manchester, England-based professional and financial services firm focused on personal injury and clinical negligence said Mills has been part of its board since 2020.

He is the founder of Harwood Capital Management, as well as chief executive officer and investment manager of North Atlantic Smaller Cos Investment Trust PLC.

In addition, Frenkel Topping said non-executive chair, Tim Linacre, will remain on the company's board, taking up the position of independent non-executive director.

CEO Richard Fraser said: "Christopher has a deep understanding of the business and our ambitions and brings a wealth of experience in financial services and public companies to support us in our next stage of growth. I believe his guidance in the role of chairman will be of great value to Frenkel Topping.

"I would also like to thank Tim for his contribution and dedication as chairman since 2020, and I am delighted he has agreed to remain on the board and I look forward to working with him as a senior independent non-executive director in the future as we continue to grow the company."
