LONDON (Alliance News) - FBD Holdings PLC Wednesday said it has appointed Fiona Muldoon as group chief executive with immediate effect, following her appointment as interim chief executive in July.
The company also intends to appoint Muldoon as chief executive of its FBD Insurance PLC business subject to regulatory approval.
Shares in FBD Holdings closed up 4.5% at EUR7.00.
