EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Finance chief changes for Amte Power and Tekmar

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Amte Power PLC - London-based manufacturer of battery cells with a facility in Thurso, Scotland - Hires Anita Breslin as chief financial officer, starting December 1. Breslin most recently was finance director of Blue International Group, a privately owned mining, energy and infrastructure business in sub-Sahara Africa.

Tekmar Group PLC - Darlington, England-based technology and services for offshore energy - CFO Derek Bulmer resigns to take up another role. Finance Director Leanne Wilkinson will become interim CFO from December 1. Bulmer will remain on the board as a non-executive director until March 31 next year for a handover and to support Tekmar's ongoing strategic review.

Staffline Group PLC - Nottingham, England-based recruitment and training - Independent Senior Non-Executive Director Ian Starkey will step down at the company's annual general meeting in 2023. Staffline will search for a new senior independent director.
